Being Positive

Yeah, so things aren't so very great at the moment. Job--education cuts, crazy standards and changing. . . I've decided some things just aren't worth worrying over. I love my family. I love my job. . .most of the time and I've decided not to waste my time with things that aren't worth it . . . like report cards for my second graders. Just kidding.

Who came up with all these Christmas traditions that we have to do? I want to sit back and watch old school Christmas movies and relax. I don't think I have a free weekend until I go back to work and I haven't even started vacation yet. Ugh! Well at least the twins will have fun. They are non stop fun. Their so excited that they remember that Santa is coming. First Christmas they actually know what's going on. Wonder what time I'll be up Christmas morning? Guesses anyone?

Summer Thoughts

Okay so here I sit in another district class, something is going on in the room below us and the floor keeps shaking like an earthquake. Totally freaking me out. I'm getting tired of all the repeat from the classes. This is my fourth technology class and we're finally moving on to websites I've never seen before. Got to take the girls to the doctor today. I keep thinking we should find a closer doctor but I LOVE Dr. Miller. She is awesome!
